Our Business Excellence Committee is comprised of past winners of a Business Excellence Award and their combined knowledge of the business community is extensive. However, there are instances when their knowledge of some nominees is greater than that of others. Your completion of this short questionnaire will provide the committee with essential information about your business and will assist them in reaching an impartial decision in their final selections.
